Comrise Technology, Inc. Promotes Sincia Liu to President, Thomas Liou to General Manager

Comrise Technology, Inc. has named Sincia Liu as the President of Comrise; and Thomas Liou as the General Manager. Mr. Gwo Ching (George) Liou will continue to serve as the Chairman of the board.
Sincia Liu, who has been with Comrise for over 15 years, has served as the General Manager of Comrise since 1997. Ms. Liu joined the company to fill the roles of Contracts Officer and Account Manager during the first three years of her career, supporting both Federal Government contracts (ERSDSII & TIPSS), serving the US Department of Treasury and the FAA, and commercial consulting services. During her tenure as General Manager, she was responsible for business development and expansion as well as the operations of the company. Under her leadership, the company has grown from having 15 employees to 200+ today. She also serves as Member of the Board of Directors for iCIMS, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of Web-based Business Solutions. Ms. Liu holds a BA degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
“I am very excited to take on this new role and the ensuing challenges at Comrise as we continue to widen our footprint to meet our clients’ global resource needs in the US , China, and the Pacific Rim. Thomas Liou has grown up with the company holding various internship positions. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon with a degree in Business and, more recently, from New York Law School. He is a Member of the Bar in both New York and New Jersey. Since joining Comrise as Corporate Attorney He has been involved in all aspects of the business and has demonstrated a keen sense of entrepreneurship. In his new role as the GM, he will be responsible for business development for US operations, formulating policies, managing daily operations, and resource planning.

Comrise Promotes 2 Former Interns to Management Team
| Comrise announced the promotion of Kelly Dingman to MIS/Director of Campus Recruiting, and Steven Grover to Director of Marketing. Both Kelly and Steven began their careers at Comrise as interns, and now each will be managing individual departments.
