As the trend continues to rise for Americans working abroad in China, a colleague passed along a great article discussing the benefits and issues that exist with Americans working abroad in China.

In regard to the issues that exist, Ting Wang, 25, an associate at WildChina, a travel company based in Beijing.That imbalance does not go unnoticed by Chinese workers. “There is definitely the perception that Americans get paid more for the same work."

While styles of business may be different, it is a great experience for the short and long run to work an environment filled with diverse cultures.
